Hi Everyone! The hummingbird floral print, next to the gilded brocade, is probably one of my favorite J.Crew prints. I've been letting it sadly hang in my closet until I found a really good tailor to size them down for me. And as I love mixing prints, I had to pair them with leopard heels. Also, Megatron kept photobombing me!

Bold Stripes

If you had asked me to clean out my mommy's closet a year ago, I probably would have put these beetlejuice silk shorts in the donate pile. But as my taste in fashion has changed (you would be surprised just how much it has changed in just a year), I decided to go bold and took the shorts out of storage and paired them with more stripes! I definitely felt that the horizontal vs. vertical stripes helped break up the pattern, which could have easily ended up being way to overwhelming. On another note, I'm sorry the photos aren't up to par as my little cousin took them! They're not bad for his first time, but to make up for the semi-blurry photos, I threw in a super cute picture I shot of Megatron running around in the patch of grass behind me while we were taking these outfit photos!
